= What would you do if you were in my situation?
= What would you do if you were in my shoes?
= What would you do (if you were) in my position?
l I want to discuss something personal. (개인적인 문제를 상의 드리고 싶습니다.)
= I would like to talk to you privately.
= I want to discuss a private matter with you.
